This class combines movements from boxing such as high knees, punches, kicks, burpees and push-ups. Increase your strength, improve your cardiovascular capacity and better control your stress.

"Cardio" for cardiovascular and "Toning" for muscle toning. 

Upon arrival, your instructor will invite you to pick up the required equipment (weights, bars, elastics, step) and give you clear instructions on how to work on these two aspects of your fitness.


Functional Fit Lite

This course is designed to help you perform activities of daily living more easily. It consists of exercises generally using the whole body - certainly several muscles - and focuses on core strength and stability. Particular attention is paid to limiting impact on the joints.

H.I.I.T.

HIIT is an acronym for High Intensity Interval Training. It is one of the most effective classes for improving cardiovascular capacity and metabolic function. For several minutes, you will do a series of high-intensity exercises followed by short recovery periods.

In a warm and humid room, you will perform the 26 postures of Bikram Yoga.

 

This 90-minute class takes your physical and personal abilities to a new level.

Adjust your step platform to the desired height and follow the suggested sequences. To popular music, you will work your cardiovascular system and several muscle groups without even noticing!

Accessible to all, this class combines different styles of yoga to work on gentle Hatha, Slow Flow and Yin. In addition to working on your flexibility, you will be led to relax and find your well-being. Alignment in the execution of the movements and your comfort are a priority!

This yoga class is quite dynamic. You will be moving and performing a series of figures to work on your strength and flexibility. 

The movements can sometimes be combined with longer holds of certain postures. 

You will feel that the movements are fluid, hence the name Yoga Flow.

Yoga Yin

Slow and meditative, Yin Yoga targets the joints, fascia and ligaments. It also allows you to stretch certain parts of your body that are less frequently used. You will hold the poses longer. You will be able to focus on the sensations in your body and even your mind.  

Zumba®

Dance to the rhythms of Latin and international music. Zumba® sessions are complete workouts, combining all the elements of fitness: cardio and muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, and a boost of energy and well-being after each session.
