QRFIT is a strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, among other things, cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. It advocates a perpetually varied mix of aerobic exercises, gymnastics (body weight exercises), and Olympic weight lifting.
All workouts are designed and coached by a trainer. The trainer leads clients through increasingly athletic movements, guiding people of all ability & levels toward improved health and athletic ability.
Who is it for?
QRFIT is accessible to everyone regardless of age, gender or fitness level. At Quartier Revolution, we are happy to welcome people who have never done any physical activity as much as high level athletes.
How You Get Started
We recommend that new members go through 2-3 introductory classes before they join our regular classes to ensure proper technique of movement mechanics and safety.

Keep in mind that you do not have to be an athlete to start the QRFIT regimen. Our workouts are adjusted based on your experience and ability. We regularly make adjustments in the number of repetitions, the amount of weight, and the distance so that everyone can participate at any level!
